Chuckie Cheese

The grandkids had a blast at Chuckie Cheese. Took 45 minutes to get in to get a table. Ed wasn't to happy wanted to just take them to Mc Donalds. Told him no can't do that we promise Daniel, cause he got such a good report card. The kids was really good about waiting. Told Daniel after we get the tokens you can play all you want don't have to wait and eat the pizza. Our table was in a really good spot. Daniel could play and we could see him all the time.
This is the best age to take kids to Chuckie cheese. They don't know they need a token to make it go. Nathen was just happy pushing all the buttons and playing with the steering wheel.

Nathen sat really good at the table for the longest time. He just kept pointing at all the lights and all the people walking around.
Daniel was pround he won all these tickets on one game.

Daniel's report card for this second quater. I'm so pround of him for all these good grades. I have him this weekend, and we are going to Chuckie Cheese with the report card. He will have lots of tokens to play with from the grades, plus the extra ones Grandma will buy.

Nathen being Mr explorer

I had Nathen Friday night. I let him explore the house. He thought he was king walking all around with me in tow. He has one favorite cabinet he likes to open. He gets the pink water bottle and carries it around the house. He didn't want to sleep in this morning either we was up at 5:35 AM. The best thing about when Nathen gets up in the morning. He likes to sit on your lap and cuddle for a good half hour or so.

This weather just won't stop

The cold weather has killed my car. Glad I got Friday off for a snow day. Cause when I went out Friday to go to the store it won't start.

Ed cleaning up the snow again. Hope maybe this will our last snow storm? I don't think so we are still in Jan. Christa glad you made it out of here in time. Sure you don't want to come back to this either.

Nathen

I have Nathen today and now that he can walk he is everywhere. I have no baby gate so I made my own. Nathen was ok with it cause he could still walk around and play. My kitchen is no play ground for a baby to many cabinets to get into. He is talking up a storm, just to bad that we don't understand all the words he is saying.

This is our vacation this year. Hawaii here we come. Thanks to my sister Edna and brotherlaw Charles. They gave us their time share in Hawaii this year. Ed said Edna loves him cause he has half of her name. lol Either way we are very happy about going. I told Charlie I won't pack so many shoes this time. Only because we have to pay for each bag we take. Ed has never been there, and is very excited about going. We will be leaving March 28 and will return April 5. Please no snow storms on March 27 or early morning March 28. After we fly out at 6:50 AM the snow can fly.

LOOK........LOOK......... Michael is in his very own bedroom. Yes he is home. He looks sooooooooo little in that big bed. David bent down for the dogs to see Michael. Rocky put his nose up by Michael's face then just walked alway. Looking like oh no I remember when Daniel was little, here we go again. lol. Drago just keeps looking and smelling. Drago is Courtney's lap dog, now he will have to share.

Grandma got to hold little Michael. His jaundice numbers came back up and Michael is back under his lights again. Michael looks like he has the measels, but the hospital said it's a newborn rash.

HEY, everyone Michael has been moved back to EMH. Not in ICU any more. Michael will stay at EMH to he get's release to go home. No clue when that day will come. Just know he's a step closer to getting there.

I don't have any new pictures today sorry. I did get to see Courtney feed Mikey, and she was glowing like a new Mommy does. Courtney also got the job of changing Mikey's diaper. When she put the new diaper under Michael. He decided to pee all over his bed and pooped. Lucky the pooped stayed in the diaper. How little boy's love to pee all over the place. Then they grow up and write there name in the snow with pee. lol.

This quilt was giving to Michael at Fairview from a organization of quilters. All the babies got one, everyone was differnt. I didn't get to see Michael today had to go to the dentist. David said things are good. He still has the feed tube in. Courtney got to hold Michael. Michael finally open his eyes for people to see them.

LOOK LOOK I have no tube down my throat. The vent was taking off. When my Daddy came in to see me today he can see my bed from the sink where they have to wash their hands. He like jumped over to my bed to see if he was seeing what he thought he was seeing. Yes...... Daddy that thing down my throat is gone. Courtney and David are on cloud nine. Tomorrow they are going to try and give him a bottle and see how it works. If things work good the feeding tube will come out too. I pray for the babies and the parents up there. A baby died last night not the twin that weights only 12oz a differnt baby. My kids had to see the parents leave knowing that they woulds have to go make funeral arrangement for their baby.

Michael is doing really good today. He got his feeding tube put in today so hopefully he will grow like crazy with the breast milk going in him. He is down to 24% on the vent. He was moving his tongue around a little bit and trying to open his eyes. Everyday I see a little more improvement on him. His grandpa David Bristor said look at those toes. I think he got the Thome's toes. Told David and Courtney I believe your Uncle Carl has those toes and puts holes in his socks all the time. Hard to beleive David can remember that about Carl. We need to say a pray for all the parents and babies up at Fairview. There was twins born today and one of them only weights 12 oz.

While opening his gifts Nathen thought the paper was more fun.

Michael has his shade on ready for the beach. He heard his great Uncle Carl and great Aunt Norma are in Fl. and he wants to go visit them. LOL He has jaundice David was told he would get the jaundice so it wasn't a shock for them.

Michael has become ET just joking. If everything goes well Michael will get a feed tube down is nose and will start getting Cournteys breast milk Saturday night.

David and Courtney got to reach in and touch Michael today. What a great New Years present for them.

Michael let the nurses put him on his side today. Yesterday he got mad when they tried to lay him on his side. That made his vitals go crazy so they had to lay him back on his back. He looked like he was sleeping so good today. Some of his meds got reduce to half of what he was getting today.
